Bring your government issued picture id, license or passport.  A Venice High School ID may not work.

Please pack in a carry on bag.  If you absolutely have to check a bag there is a $20.00 fee that must be paid by Wednesday.  As I did last year, I will be check a bag with extra space, so can carry toiletries for anyone concerned about packing them in their carry on.

 

Bring enough money for meals and spending money.  If there is a market close by you can pick up snacks for the rooms.

 

Wardrobe-

Thursday and Sunday – Red Travel T-shirt and jeans

Friday – Khakis and black polo

Saturday – Khakis and blue polo

You can dress casually for free time.

 

Blue polos and Travel T-shirts will be ready for pick up on Wednesday.  We will have a study session on Wednesday until 5:00 pm.

 

There is an indoor pool and fitness center at the hotel so feel free to bring swim suits and work out clothes.

 

Temps will range from high 40s at night to low 60s during the day.  Rain is expected on Thursday and Friday.
