Nautica Triathlon Volunteer Fundraiser/Clothing Order Form

On Sunday, September 8, we have the opportunity to fundraise in conjunction with the Nautica Triathlon at Point Zuma. For every person who volunteers, Nautica will donate $20.00 to the Venice High School Sports Medicine Team.  Volunteers can include team members, parents, siblings … basically anyone willing to come out and help with our group that day.

The shift is from 4:30 am until 12:00 pm (noon).  Volunteers will be helping in support areas such as aid stations, registration, finish line, refreshments, transition area, etc.  All volunteers will receive a t-shirt, snacks and a great time while volunteering!

We will need parents to help with the driving.  Parents who help with transportation are welcome to stay and help at the triathlon as well.  Since this is occurring on a Sunday, it is not a LAUSD affiliated event.  We will have more information on the logistics; driver’s, times, meeting places in the next week or two.

Attached below are the clothing order form and the permission slip for the triathlon.   If you are able to help with the triathlon, please print out the form and bring it to Shop-6 by Wednesday. There is also a clothing order form to print out.  Clothing orders are due by Wednesday (8/14) as well.
