Washington Trip Details!

Please plan on being at LAX Terminal 6 by 5:00 AM. DO NOT BE LATE! We have to go through security as a group.

Each student should plan on packing a carry on bag for the trip.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PICTURE ID!!!!!

From Alaska Air: You’re allowed one carry-on bag, which including wheels and handles can measure up to 10″ H x 17″ W x 24″ L (25 x 43 x 61 cm), plus one personal item, such as a purse, briefcase or laptop computer. At least one of the items should be stowed under the seat in front of you.

There are still restrictions on liquids/aerosols on flights. I will be checking a bag so that students can put their toiletries in my bag if needed. Please have all your toiletries in one bag for easy transfer at the airport.

Wardrobe for the trip:

Thursday/Sunday Travel Outfit: Jeans and Travel T-Shirts

Friday – Black Polo/Khakis

Saturday – Ringer Shirts/Jeans

Down time – Personal choice/must be appropriate

Weather – Highs 75-80, Lows 45-50, Chance of Rain 10% or less

LAX – Seattle 6:10 -8:50 (477)

Seattle – Pasco 10:00 – 10:50 (2100)

Pasco – Seattle 3:00 – 3:50 (2107)

Seattle – LAX 5:55 – 8:26 (464)

Hotel: Hilton Garden (509) 735- 4600 – The students will not be able to make outgoing calls, but parents should be able to call the room.

The hotel has an indoor pool/whirlpool/fitness center.  Each room has a small fridge and microwave.

Across the street from the hotel is a Super Target, so we will have easy walking access to a grocery store.

We will be ice skating Thursday evening.
